Why is it, that spiritual masters throughout the ages always preach that I must be more conscious? The reason that these teachers have been preaching this method, is because in a nutshell, humanity is fast asleep and needs to wake up. You are always in your mind, either in the past, or in the imagined future. You are always on automatic pilot. This is not reality, it is an illusion. You have created a tiny prison in your mind, a black and dark cave, and have cut yourself off from reality, which can only be accessed in the present moment. Come out from the darkness, so that you can see the light. You must leave the cave, so that you may see the light of Truth.
