When my children were quite young, I'd ask them, "How big are you".Even the smallest one would stand on tiptoe, stretch his arms as high as possible, and declare, "Sooo big." Young children perceive themselves as boundless. We want kids to recognize that they're growing and big enough to face the world. If they see themselves as diminutive, frightened and fearful, then they're going to make small choices for themselves. If they see themselves as limitless, connected to something very powerful, then nothing can stop them. So let me ask you now, "How big is your God?" The answer to that question will determine the choices that you make and your access to the capacities that are part of God in you.
