What is meditation? Meditation is an ancient practice which allows you to close your eyes and focus your mind into the present moment. Most people close their eyes and start to think about what they did yesterday or what they will do tomorrow, or what they will do in two hours from now. This is not meditation but relaxation. In true meditation you must bring your self back to the present moment as soon as you are aware that your mind is wandering.
