The only constant in life is change. So why is it so stressful for so many of us? Fear, rigidity, cynicism, and anxiety are a few of the reasons we find it difficult to accept change peacefully. When we connect with our inner intelligence, learn to embrace the present moment, open our hearts, and adjust our perspectives, we learn how to release the fear of the unknown. Once we are on this path, we can make peace with the inevitability of change - leaving us free to enjoy all that life has to offer.
