Mother Teresa once said that loneliness is the most terrible poverty. Friendship, then, must be the most valuable of riches. Friends root for each other; they cheer for each other and cry for each other. For our friends no favor is too much of an imposition, no question too trivial to ponder. Genuine friendship is uplifting, a source of joy in good times, and source of strength in challenging ones.
