Love can be a wonderful thing and is deserving of all. By telling your cells that you love them you create harmony within. Spend 2 minutes every morning when you wake up and every evening before bed closing your eyes, taking 3 deep breaths and telling all of your cells (picture all of your cells as tiny water droplets in your body) that you love them. Picture a wave of love going through all of your cells. Repeat daily to relieve the stresses of your body.
