It's enough just to be. When you get so wrapped up in believing that you must be something - achieve something - you forget that the only thing really required of you is to be present in this moment: to be who you are. When you live the truth of who you are, you give back thanks for this life that you are allowed to live by appreciating the creation that is you. Unrealistic expectations of perfection, insecurity, resentments, anxiety, and emptiness fall by the way side when you let yourself be okay with just being.
