I once sat with a group of people, some of whom made under $30,000 a year, while others made more than ten times that amount. Yet when we talked about what motivated us, not one person said money. What motivated each person was MEANING, feeling that what they did with their lives had purpose. Every one of us, prince or pauper, can experience the richness of meaning, the richness of relationship.
