I have been told that all life's answers are within me. Why can't I find them? The reason why you cannot find lifes answers within you is because your mind is to busy to hear them, but they are most certainly there. What you need to do is slow the mind down and bring it into the present moment. Throughout the day, bring your attention back to whats going on around you. Slowly slowly, you will start to tune into the universal frequency which is trying to communicate with you every moment of the day, but you are never at home. You are in the past or the future. For every problem there is a solution, otherwise the problem cannot exist, but you need to tune in to the cosmic radio to hear them.
