Get off your hamster wheel. Most of us have mental 'tapes' that we play repetitively throughout the day. I call this type of metal habit the 'hamster wheel' or circular thinking. The very fact that our minds are focusing on this wheel of thought means that they aren't focused on the present moment, let alone any solutions that may come up if we had the mental space! So get off the wheel, calm down, and not only will the answers come, but you'll be able to see your day with an open mind.
