Every one of us worries. Some of us worry over everything; others deny their anxiety, while still others of us cope by charging through the problem entirely on our own will, but none of these methods work for long. The reason we worry is because we feel vulnerable about a situation that feels bigger than our strength, more than we can handle. But the reverse is also true: if our inner strength increases, our vulnerability -- and with that, our worry - decreases. And the only lasting way we increase that inner strength is by turning to God.
