Develop your own reset button. You have your little reaction buttons that you are all too familiar with, but do you have a reset button? By using the same stressful warning signals that set off your reaction buttons to instead set off your reset button, you choose to take control of your situations in life, take a breath, and start from a calm peaceful, receptive mode instead of a reactive one. Issues will be seen in perspective, and solutions will become clearer when you push the reset button more often in your life.
