Become a stress stopper. You know the saying 'the buck stops here.' How about 'the stress stops here?' When you choose not to share your stress or share in the stress of others, you effectively stop the stress virus from spreading, whether through your workplace, your friends, or your family. While there are times when it's necessary and useful to share our stress with others, say when a problem needs to be solved, most of the time it's better to be a stress stopper rather than a stress-spreader.
