A reporter commented on Einstein's genius, to which Albert replied, "You don't understand. Everyone is a genius, but if you grade a fish at tree climbing, he'll think he's stupid. Sadly, the student with the best memories receives the highest grades. That makes as much sense as giving the highest grade to the tallest student. I was successful because I refused to waste time memorizing anything. That destroys creativity and imagination and discourages thinking.
